I am a true Southerner from Lima Peru who came to Charlotte 25 years ago. My real estate experience goes back over 20 years managing properties and investing in real estate. My passion for real estate grew from helping clients to obtain the place they call HOME. Being part of that journey makes me work hard and be the best guide I can be all the way to the closing table.

I truly enjoy being of service to my clients. I work diligently love to negotiate and am persistent. My knowledge of the market and my expertise in different transactions allow me to protect my clients and look out for their best interests. Outside of work I am a devoted mother of 3 I love to volunteer at my church schools and in different events I enjoyed being with friends and going to concerts. Ask me about my kids and music...hint: Boston (yes the band Boston)
