My wife and I have been looking for a house online, checking deals and prices for the last 2 years.
Every time we came across a house and called a realtor, his or her first concern was to sign us up before he or she knew our needs. One day, we came across a nice property. Ana was the agent for that property. First, she took the time to ask what we needed and what we were looking for in a home. As well as what our plans and budget were. Then, she asked us what area we were looking for and if we were going to use her as an agent or if we had someone else in mind.
After a long phone call, she explained to us the system and what our first step should be. We signed up with her and then she helped us to get pre- approved on a loan so that we could search better for a home. We ended up buying a different house than the one we saw when we first met Ana.
She always answered our calls even on Saturdays and Sundays. The times she did not, she called us back in less than five minutes. She was up on every move and in every aspect of the process of buying our new home. She was up to the minute with updating us on the finance, appraisal and inspection.
She never hesitated to help us in the best way possible to make it easier on us. Even if it had nothing to do with her duties as an agent. Whether it was in her field or not, she was there every step of the way. I will use her again. And I will give her 12 out of 10.

We placed our Western PA home on the market in July 2014 and were planning to move closer to Pittsburgh, PA. However, after about a year on the market we decided to look into the Mooresville, NC area. Some time after that, we contacted Ana about a home she had listed online and from there, a great relationship began. We explained to Ana that our home was on the market for quite some time with no offers and we continued to reduce our price. Ana asked what we were looking for in a home and she began collecting information from us then immediately began sending us links to homes that matched our criteria in the Mooresville area. She was very proactive in keeping in touch with us through email and text messages even though we still hadn't received an offer.
Once we finally did accept an offer, we contacted Ana and made plans to head to NC to look at some homes. Ana lined up eight homes for our family to view and spent the entire day driving us from home to home and also showing us points of interest. She took us to other towns she thought we might like such as Davidson and Huntersville so we could see what other possibilities we had. At the end of the day we made an offer on one home but the sellers would not budge on the price so we left NC and headed back to PA. The next day we found another home in Huntersville and called Ana about it. But we were in PA and couldn't head back to NC for another couple weeks. So Ana volunteered to perform a video walk-through of the home complete with narration. She pointed out the that the home needed remodeling but it could be a good investment. After the inspection, we decided that it was too much work for us with a one-year old and we reluctantly had to let it go.
We were now 15 days into our PA home closing and needed to find a place quick. Ana lined up several more homes and I traveled back to NC alone to look at them. Ana found the perfect place for us (my wife had to take my word for it since she and my son were not able to travel to see the home) and we made an offer the same day.
After some haggling, we agreed on a price and Ana got the paperwork moving quickly. She guided us through every step and was very diligent to make sure everything was complete and correct since we only had 30 days to close before our PA home would be sold.
Once our family arrived at our new home, Ana made sure to contact my wife to find out if she liked the house since she was seeing it for the first time in person. Ana Sturt was our real estate agent and guided us through the purchase of our new home. Prior to using Ana I investigated a company that provided a cash sale with no showings. I dealt with a well-known company and received an offer of $320,000. After all the fees were taken out an inspector came to the house and told us we needed $15,000 in repairs. The final offer would have been $299,000. I then spoke with Ana and explained the process and what they wanted me to do, she took the contract, and went through it explaining the different items to watch out for. She stated if I wanted the most out of our house I should add a few renovations and suggested various contractors. Renovations were made for less than $3500. The house was transformed and I actually had second thoughts about selling it; however every time I went up and down the steps, I was convinced it was time to move. She had a professional photographer photograph the house and completed a 3D video to be placed online. She posted an announcement of coming soon and before the end of the day, we had an offer above the listing price of $329,000. Ana held a 7 hour open house on one day and 19 people toured the house. We ended up with three very strong offers above our listing price. The sale was a quick sale and we signed papers approximately 20 days later. Ana also helped to search for new houses, and worked with listing agents to secure the house we wanted. In completing the pre-inspection of the new house, she found several flaws that needed fixing and followed up to make sure they were done correctly. She set up the closing on the new house within three days of closing on our old house. This made it very easy to utilize the profits from the sale to put down on the new house. There aren't enough words in the dictionary that can be added to this review that describes Ana’s professionalism, caring, and expertise. I would highly recommend her as I feel that she is one of the top professionals in her field.
